We are involved with various facets of Laser and Light-Based System Technologies from Application Techniques to Technical Field Service and Engineering considerations that have an impact on expected Clinical Outcomes. We provide courses focused in the following key areas:
We customize "On-Site" Laser Operator Training Courses for Nurses and Allied Health Personnel as well as Technical Training Courses for Clinical Engineers and BioMeds providing an overview of Laser Safety and hands-on operation of the technology utilized in a Hospital, Surgery Center, Clinic, or Physician Office.
These courses provide detailed instruction in Laser Safety and System Operation allowing staff members to become more comfortable with laser applications. Technical personnel benefit from these courses as well because they have a better understanding of how the laser system is utilized and what the typical system operation characteristics are during normal use. When it comes time to help with "first call" troubleshooting technical personnel are better suited to aid the clinical staff.
- Laser Safety Officer (LSO) Training Courses are scheduled throughout the year in Tucson and Phoenix. Our LSO Courses are approved by the Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency (ARRA) and provide detailed Medical Laser Safety Officer training per National and State guidelines.

Chris offers many years of laser knowledge to the Educational Programs developed and taught by Quanta Technologies.
Prior to founding Quanta Technologies in 1994, he worked for one of the largest medical laser distribution companies in the Midwest, U.S. Medical Corporation. U.S. Medical distributed laser systems throughout the midwest and offered a variety of laser education programs to its customers. During his employment with U.S. Medical Chris got to see first-hand how the educational programs (in Operating Rooms and in Conference Rooms) benefited the end users of laser technology.
