Quanta maintains the service needs of customers throughout the United States providing over 150 years of combined laser expertise and experience. Each location is staffed by at least one Field Service Representative who has extensive training and over eight years of experience working with medical laser systems. Our knowledge base is extensive and offers insight about almost every laser manufactured for medical applications.

1986 - Quanta develops relationships with leading laser engineers and field service representatives throughout the United States and develops the National Laser Service Program (NLSP), the first and largest independent medical laser service organization in the United States.
1996 - Quanta expands NLSP offerings to include extended warranty programs, rapid response programs for hospitals and clinics, and service of both surgical and aesthetic medical lasers and other medical equipment. NLSP provides after-warranty service on most medical laser brands, and signs an agreement to distribute and service Sony Medical equipment.
1999 - Quanta develops the NLSP "Factory Trained Service" program, and becomes the exclusive installation and service organization for Fotona to provide installation, scheduled maintenance and emergency service on their laser systems in the United States.
2004 - Quanta adds Lares Research, a Dental Laser System, to its growing list of factory-authorized service and installation offerings. The National Laser Service Program (NLSP) grows to 15 service locations throughout the United States.
2005 - Quanta develops an online library of service diagrams and bulletins which can be accessed by field service technicians while they are on-site at the customer's location.
2009 - Quanta signs a Laser System & Light Based Technology Contract with Premier, Inc., the largest National Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) in the United States. Via this contract, the National Laser Service Program (NLSP) will have the opportunity to work directly with over 2000 Premier Partner Hospital Facilities and 58,000 Physician Office Based Facilities in helping to establish reasonable response times to service needs while maintaining all products purchased under this agreement.
